What should have been a memorable experience

<p>Top Tip Properties eagerly sold me a townhouse. The property was altered by the previous owner whereby the garage was converted into a living space, the unit had cardboard added as well as the braai area enclosed. All of which required building plans and Body Corporate approvals. I have requested on numerous occasions for these, to no avail. The agents subsequently refuse to speak to me. Very very poor service received, making my home buying experience a really unpleasant one. I would not recommend using Tip Top Properties to be used.</p> <p> </p>
