NOT a tip top experience!!

I am extremely disgusted in the conduct of this business. I made use of their services for our wedding having booked and confirmed a chauffer driven wedding car and paid for it in full prior to the wedding... Only to have my bride left standing in the street waiting for the vehicle and eventually having to get a lift with her make up artist to the venue in a less than fashionable manner. Only after the ceremony did a vehicle arrive (from another company) affording me an hour use as supposed to the 3 hours I paid for in full. When raising my concern with the owner Melwyn Marais and asking for some compensation due to the outcome of his dismissal service delivery I'm told he is not in breach of his contract and no compensation was due. I am was then challenged to seek legal advice when I suggested that as my next step. Absolutely shocking service leaving me out of pocket for a service I paid R2200 for got nothing from his company.
