I have never been so insulted in my life

Hi, I went to this establishment 3 weeks back.The gentleman who I later realised is a son of the owner helped me.I wanted them to frame my late partner's medals for our kids and 1 was very urgent because its for my son's birthday.To cut a long story short this morning I called him again asking how far he was as he hasn't contacted me for the engraving. He told me to come and fetch my "****en stuff" that hes a busy man and doesn't have time for my "****". I do not think this is how people treat their customers I AM ANGRY
