Not honoring defect on a new installation

Damien installed a sectional door and motor at the end of march 2024. It's barely 6 months and the one cable broke. I asked Damien to go out and replace the cable as its still a new installation. They refused to replace the cable without quoting me R950.00.

I said it should still be under warranty...conveniently they do not state a warrantee period on their invoice so Damien plainly refused to fix the broken cable. Now we must repair at our expense!!

Rather make use of a reputable company that guarantees their workmanship for atleast one year and make sure you have it in writing - not like Tip top doors

Be very careful of this company!!! Rather use another company
