Tip of Africa a sham

I asked the staff member for a price on a chair and was told its R290. I said "Yes please, I'll take it" When i got to the till they said it was R395. I asked why she had given me the wrong price and she said she made a mistake. As a consumer, thats not my problem/fault. The owner refuses to budge or compromise. I am disgusted and will never recommend their shop or walk into it again. Consumer protection rights ? They apparently dont exist in Ben and Elmare's opinion. Shocking.
