Unprofessional

The lady Sami Viljoen offers a landscaping and water feature business. I had paid her 80percent for a landscaping project and 2months have past without any work being done. Her excuses are supplier's and workers are letting her down or she has other clients projects to complete before mine. She is completely unprofessional. I had requested a refund numerous times and she refuses to give me back my deposit. Stay away from the company!
