Patient Safety Risk (To be investigated)

good day, I'm writing to complain about Tintwsalo hospital we send my mother on Tuesday she was not feeling well her legs were swollen and she was struggling to breath upon arrival they opened a file for her then checked her without being given any information as the family they just said she must be admitted we asked whats causing her illness after the doctor checked her, they said they have to wait for the results and they will provide feedback. we respected that and bought her all the things she might need and we left the hospital after the visiting hours ended. every morning at 10:00 visiting hours would visit the hospital we did not see any progress in her health and instead her being there was the worse decision we took as her family she kept getting worse ,the worse part around afternoon visiting hours at 14:00 she would always look drained,tired,sleep and dizzy when we ask as the family about her progress they said doctor is only available at 07:00 but visiting hours is only at 10:00 so as the family the whole week no update or feedback about our mother only excuses when you asked the nurses the say only the doctor that can give you update that time the doctor is no way to be found . i asked my self what kind of hospital is this only because we cant afford private hospital therefore our loved one have to endure the suffering of government services. when she was admitted she could talk properly, eat even sit well by her self but after being admitted she could not do the things she was able to d anymore how is it the where you are getting help you're getting worse then the way you came. to get her to be discharged since we are not seeing any progress but we are watching her die slowly in that bed where she suppose to get help we couldn't take it anymore. they didn't want her to leave as if they care imagine refusing to discharge a patient all for they own benefits. the worse part about this today in the early hours of the morning they went to my mom and they said the is a car waiting outside they have to take her somewhere she asked where is my family because you cant move me or take me somewhere without my family approval and they thought she didn't understand Zulu and she hard talking in Zulu and that's when she responded to them in Zulu they got scared and said this one understood us lets leave her she'll be problem. first of all we still wondering, where they wanted to take her without us knowing. why we couldn't be shown her file and not given any feedback regarding her illness and boom today we want her out now we are seeing a doctor for the first time to stop us from taking her. people research the hospitals check the reviews before taking your loved one there to die, the treatment is unbearable,they have no have patient ,they hate the job that the are doing clearly you can tell they just do the job for the salary they swear an oath yet do the opposite they say they save life what i experienced at Tinswalo hospital is not saving life its draining life until you have nothing left in you. this hospital must be investigated so many life's are being lost while could be saved people are unfairly treated and ignored they should check the CCTV footage to found out whats happening at that hospital more especially at night. MEC OF MPUMALANGA PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS HOSPITAL SOMETHING IS HAPPENING.....
