WORST SERVICE EVER

Complained to the owner that I did not receive my order of a specific shoe I ordered from her 3 weeks later after I was promised 2 weeks. Then I find out 3 weeks later they dont have the shoe in stock can I take another color?

Owner tells me I must grow up and I cant get a refund!

Customer service is key people!!
