Pool maintenance and construction

Augustine came through to fit in a new pool weir for me. There is a leak in the system and he refuses to come through to sort it out. He refuses to take my calls.

I was offered a 2 year guarantee on the job but the day after he got paid he did not come back later to vacuum the debris in the pool which he promised to do later or the next day. Its been almost 2 weeks and he hasn't come through giving excuses all the time. I've had lost 1000's of liters of water in the process and all I get are empty promises that he will be coming during the day or the next day to sort it out but never pitches up.
