We placed an order on the 20th of Sept 2017 for the solars to be delivered on the 22nd of Sept 2017, we were dealing with Nadine Smith and Shaun Peter WORK NO. ********** CELL 1. ********** & ********** and they both requested we make a deposit of R50K as they may not deliver items before a deposit is paid then the rest of the money will be paid within 31 days. We reached an agreement and we signed the credit forms for the remainder of the balance, they sent out the copy of a delivery note as proof that the truck has been sent out detailing the tracking number. When we called to check how far is the truck we were told that its at sasolburg and that their manager requested 50% deposit before they can deliver, now thats where we started doubting the company and they agreed that they will deliver the Solars in their warehouse on the 22nd once we pay the outstanding balance they will deliver the solars. We didn't deposit the money as we started questioning their integrity so we requested the address where the solars were kept Shaun sent the address and when we got there no truck with solars arrived in Randburg and when we tried to call them they started hanging up and today they ignoring our mails and calls. we requested our refund but they cant afford to pay us back and now we trying other means to get our money back. If theres anyone who can advise us on which steps we may take to get our money back and also stop this company from *****ing other people.
