Unauthorized billing on credit card

This is the most currupt dating app there is, I only purchased a one month ONLY package but have been billed three times in a row. I have deleted the my account after my account after one week of which I struggled to get the thing going for nearly three days after I had to lodge complaints. I lodge complaints about the billing two time in a row and insisted my refund, but with no joy. Most pathetic thing is they send you emails with headings "baby come back" after deleting your complete account. So they know your not using it but still billing. I demand my two months refund as requested via app.
