Tinder Support

So I haven't been using tinder for a number of months now. So firstly let's be clear that in order to go against someones terms and conditions you have to be using their app in the first place. I recently decided to reinstall the app as i am single again. And to my surprise my account has been banned. I emailed support to explain this and all the woman had to say is " Your account is banned " now I'm no genius but that is the reason I contacted the support team in the first place. I really hate stupid people when they affect me. Honestly... Anyways I emailed this genius back a third and fourth time and they have not helped me in any way. In fact they have completely ignored my support request.

So here's a quick question? if someone else get's hold of your account and decides to mess around on it you're *****ed. Tinder support will just ignore you.

But the main thing I need to emphasize on here is that I was banned when I wasn't even on the app in the first place. So how exactly could I have gone against there terms and conditions if I wasn't online. And when I contacted their support team about it the person on the other end was no help whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed to be honest as I really liked their app. Now I'm writing a bad review on them because their support is useless.

If my problem is solved I will come and update this review.
