Tinder Subscription

I subscribed to Tinder plus in December, they had initially mentioned a monthly subscription which i was in e oh th but then thrh actually debited an amount fkr the whole year - there and there I canceled my subscription and requested a refund. It has been a month now and they keeping telling me I must contact my bank or the person who made the payment. I responded to that asking wgere they gave if such but if has now officially been 4/5 days and Lisa or whoever is big responding anymore
