Tinder, payed service but mostly off-line

Hello Peter, I recently subscribed to Tinder. Their site seems to be offline a lot, which is frustrating as it's a payed service, which I paid for. I've done a screenshot from their page where one click on contact us, but nothing opens.... Please maybe you could assist?
