Tinder not working in Bali

Since I am in Bali, Indonesia, I do not get any matches. Zero. Absolutely no activity. In Jakarta, and my home, South Africa, I got average of 10 matches and over 30 likes a day. But now, for some unknown reason, nothing is happening. I can swipe, and see the same profiles more than twice. My internet connection is very good. I sent emails to Tinder customer services on numerous occasions and always get the same "automated" replies. I even created a new facebook account to see if it will work, but still nothing. I tried Tinder's suggestions and all the suggestions on the web, but nothing works.

Either Tinder is blocked in Bali, or I am blocked for some reason. It is very frustrating and no one can give me a clear answer.
