Tinder Is A ****!!

**** ALERT!!! After paying for subscription out of curiosity. I then logged out of my account as usual but then when I wanted to log in again it wanted to verify my account by a face recognition, bare in mind this has never happened before I paid for Gold subscription. It's been verifying my selfie for the past 2 weeks now. I'm a gold subscriber but I've never used it since the payment went through, this is so frustrating. I've tried contacting them but it's always empty promises. NEVER TRUST TINDER.
