Refund request not done

I requested a refund on my subscription just a few hours after I did the transaction, I was informed that my refund was issued and that it would reflect in my account withing 10 business days, it's not been over a month and I've not received anything, I keep emailing Tinder several times and everytime I get a different response, from saying that it will reflect within 10 days to saying that they are investigating my request further, I'm very unhappy because the amount of money is quite substantial to me.
