I placed an order at Tim’s Fantastic Fungi online store and did not receive the order

I placed an order at Tim’s Fantastic Fungi online store and did not receive the order. I have requested a refund via email with the order number. They will not reply to emails or answer my messages or calls. It has been around 2 months now since I placed the order. I would not recommend buying from them. They are not a trustworthy seller/supplier.
