Still no refund received
So as I suspected my money was not refunded to me after 20 days as I told by Irene from Timmerman en Vroutjie. I was threatened with legal action because according to you the facts in my previous post was incorrect. By not honouring what you said you were going to do you have infact just proven my statement to be true. Please advise as to why you once again did not honour your word? Please note I will be going to SAPS to open a case if I have not received my refund by COB tomorrow.
