No product, no refund !!!!!!!!!! Disappointed

Just emty promises, no product, no refund . On the 15th of April i paid a 70% deposit of R9600 to them. Irene was so friendly and accommodating, I trusted her and believed I will gey my order at the end of the day. Well, this did not happen, got an email stating alot of reasons they could not deliver on time and gave customers the option for a refund, this was on the 11th of May. After that, emty promises after emty promises. Then 3 different time lines was given for refund to reflect, and no refund. The last email now stated refunds can take up to 18 months to be paid back. They look all good on FB, as soon as someone has a negative comment it gets removed immediately. I am so so so disappointed, they sounded so good and so honest and now this happend. R9600 is alot of money to loose. I dont understand how they owe so many people money but have the ability to have a new workshop. Timmerman, kry julle goed in orde !!!!
