Disappointed

Another review from Nadia P (Empty Promises) on 11Jul2020 is spot on with the experience I have had from Timmerman and Vroutjie - I have been struggling to get direct answers from them , and after I read the rest of the reviews I am concerned that I will not receive anything or sub standard items. I paid my 70% deposit on 15Jun2020. I ordered 2 3/4 beds from Timmerman. The manufacturing time as provided by TImmerman was 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks (10Aug2020) is long gone. After numerous follow-ups via email, Whatsapp, phone calls, they have given me a new deadline to deliver the beds by 26 Oct - 1 Nov. I have asked them on 2Nov2020 if the beds were completed which they did not bother to answer. My husband called them 2 weeks ago and they promised to deliver our beds last week by 4Dec2020. Still no update received. I do not mind waiting but if there is no open communication with the client it is very frustrating. Timmerman and Vroutjie I would like my beds by 11Dec2020. Thank you very much.
