ID Documents for getting paid

I could not find lesser rating than this. Timewall have got a nerve to ask for my South African ID Documents just for withdrawing my funds after I have completed my job. I gave them my South African ID documents and they says it's "****". Here is their message (Your account has been permanently disabled for the following reason: **** Verification Docs) Please good people stay away from Timewall.io
