I would say -1 but there is no option. Here is the story about TIMESHARE HOLIDAY RENTALS. Hey guys.. ****** ALERT* This is the place that took our money pretending that all was in order, countless follow-ups for a confirmation letter, no responses (always a problem with their WA line, or their emails are down, excuse after excuse) and the day we were supposed to leave we had radio silence again.. shocker.. Never answers the phone also btw.. you deal with many different people as well and No1 can reply to you when needed. Absa and Capitec advised more than a month later mind you, that the account has no funds so they cannot recoup the funds for us and was basically told, sorry for your loss. So it took a month to check if the account has funds.. utter BS. You also require some proof of who you are to open a bank account, but I guess they didnt go that far with their legal team as the amount was not substantial enough. ***** IS *****! Disgusted in both banks and that people do this.. but again we live in South Africa so, surprised I am not. PS: they used to be known as modern vacations (alot about them under this name on Hello Peter) which when you look for reviews on Hello Peter this has happened to many people and not just us.. but yet they still operate. They said they bought the page from the original creators.. so you bought the ******** mentality as well. Facebook also wont take the page down as they see nothing wrong, and i have no way to dispute this with them either and provide proof. Furthermore, these people contacted us to say the refund was processed - never happened and no proof can be given. Again silence... The invoice sent shows an address 4 Smith Street (new name is Anton Lembede street) Durban. Google that address and look at the street view - there is an internet cafe and wouldn't surprise me that they operate from there. BE AWARE and TRUST YOUR GUT! I had a gut feeling but i ignored that and it cost us but benefited them but i mean not that they care as they de*****ing people of their hard earned money. DO NOT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU!
