Terrible service!

I visited Times Square Umhlanga today.I have never been so disappointed.We ordered Lamb shank from the menu,the waitress took the order and after a while she came back to apologise that they didn't have lamb shank ,we were ok with that and opted for pork ribs instead.We waited for more than 30 minutes only to be told that there were no ribs.When we asked the waitress to call her supervisor/manager, he came dragging himself and he was not apologetic at all, we had to force him to say sorry.We left the premises because we were made to feel less important.A total waste of time and some iltreatment as a bonus at the end.I will never visit this place again, so will my family and friends too.
