Why call me if you're going to lie to me?

On 28 August 2015 (at around 09:45), I was contacted by a lady named Thando representing Sunday Times. She offered me to reactivate my cancelled Sunday Times subscription for R87 monthly and I would get a weekend away to the Drakensburg. I questioned the offer and she assured me that I qualified and once my details are captured I'd get an email with the voucher. This did not happen and when I called the call centre on Tuesday morning, I was advised this was not the case and that the agent would investigate and call me back with feedback. No feedback has not been provided.<br> I've been told if I want to cancel the subscription offered to me **********ly, I have to wait a least a month - thus pay to have been **** to. Why did you call me in the first place?<br> Thanks
