WHAT IS TO BE DONE? Being ignored because of my persistent complaints.

<p>I wrote an email of complaint in 2017/02/16 to Times Media, for non-delivery of newspapers to my house in Mamelodi East. To this day, nothing has happened. I get ignored hoping that I will just suck it up, and roll with the painful infliction on my persona. Furthermore, I complained about two guys, who are responsible for my deliveries in Mamelodi East, namely Jerry & Dan; these two have connived to punish me because of my persistent complaints to TMG. They are emboldened to continue as such, because they are assured that nothing and no one will call them to order. WHAT IS TO BE DONE?</p>
