Waiting for a callback for 6 days

In May, one of the Sunday Times delivery guys assisted my father in completing a new subscription contract for the Sunday Times which includes The Times. The first delivery was supposed to be on Sunday, 24 May 2015, however nothing arrived and my father was not notified of the reason. We decided to give Sunday Times/Times Media the benefit of the doubt. On Sunday, 31 May 2015, there was still no delivery.<br> <br> I was surprised to find that on 01 June 2015 my bank account had been debited with R90.99 by Sunday Times/Times Media. On 04 June 2015 I called Sunday Times/Times Media to check the status of the subscription, I spoke to Jeff at 11:26 am (ref nr ***). Jeff confirmed that the subscription had been processed and according to the \system"the delivery was going out. He further advised that he would escalate this and I should expect a call back.<br> <br> It's been 6 days now and no one has called"
