UNRELIABLE DELIVERY

I took up a subscription to the Sunday Times & Financial and arranged for delivery to commence on 19 January 2020 & 16 January 2020. On 16 January 2020 the Financial Mail didn't arrive and as it was already 09h00 when I called, I had to send an email. On 26 January 2020 the Sunday Times didn't arrive, I tried to call but the call centre had already closed so I had to send and email. The usual response is that my account will be credited. I really don't have the time to waste on these phone calls & emails, not to mention running a log of failed deliveries and credits. The situation is inconvenient and very disappointing. A credit will not compensate for the lack of delivery, especially when I was planning to read something of great interest to me today.
