TimesMedia digital is a disaster

Three months ago I paid for a subscription to the TimesMedia Plus package which is the print subscription plus digital subscription. Notwithstanding countless mails and calls, I still have not been able to login twice in a row without the system rejecting my password. Its also won't allow me to change my password. So I've paid for a service I cannot access. TimesMedia keeps on coming back to me with apologies but the problem persists. Given the decline in print media revenues, you'd think they would make an effort to sort out these types of issues. Its really a poor show that a listed media company, which made a big noise about putting its content behind a paywall, cannot guarantee me access to this content despite the fact that I've paid for it.
