Times Plus Loyalty Card queries ignored

The Sunday Times sent me a loyalty card called Times Plus Rewards promoting discounts at Simply Asia and other restaurants. When I tried to use it at Simply Asia, I was told I needed to activate the card on the TimesLive website but there is no button to do so. I have e-mailed the Sunday Times 3 times querying this but noboidy responds. The department dealing with this goes home early each day (so one cannot phone them) and seems so disorganised that the Simply Asia restaurant has disappeared from their website with no explanation. I am so frustrated with the Sunday Times that I will not be renewing my subscription. Why do they bother raising expectations of customers when all this achieves is to alienate their customers and drive them away because of their half-hearted, unprofessional attempts to reward loyalty? Do they want subscribers?
