Times Media Limited passive aggression by its agents, to no end, in particular, by Dan & Jerry

Earlier, this year 2017 around March, I wrote a missive addressed to TML, but instead the episode has gone from bad to worse. To this day, from January 2017 until now the beginning of September 2017, I never got delivery of the Times tabloid, expected to be delivered everyday from Monday to Friday. Now, it seems to me, that Jerry & Dan TML's agents know that their seniors are toothless tigers; anyway, how else will you explain, their utter disrespect of their bosses directive? They do not respect anyone let alone their customers, because, they know that they can get away with it. Today, as I write this missive, I only got delivery of Sunday Times, but alas, City Press was nowhere to be found. They are emboldened because they know that they will get their usual slap on the wrist. TML, is an elephant that cannot turn around or it does not want to. Jerry & Dan know that they are irreplaceable; how else do you. TML people; PLEASE TURN YOUR SHIP AROUND. What is to be done?
