Times Media Group Subscription nightmare

<p>I subscribe to the Sunday Times, Elle & Home Owner magazine- for the past year now. My experience with the delivery of my newspaper and the Elle magazine is a nightmare. Every month I have to phone Times Media to complain about non-delivery or late delivery of either the Sunday Times, Times and/or the Elle magazine (SUBSCRIPTION IS FULLY PAID FOR A YEAR). Every time I call I get told the problem is escalated, I wonder to who because my problem remains a problem. Just this Sunday 26 February 2017, I did not get my Sunday Times- I did not receive my January-February Elle, I seldom get Times delivered 5 times a week- I call to complain and nobody seems to care- I AM WONDERING WHY I HAVE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT I DONT GET! TOMORROW IS THE 1ST MARCH, MY SUBSCRIPTION FEE WILL BE GOING OFF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT FAIL! Yet it is too much to ask to get my newspaper delivered promptly! Even the consultant I was talking to this Sunday, 26 February 2017 did not even care- it was 11:35 when I called- and he was like- just wait your newspaper will be delivered- Guess what, NOTHING was delivered. WHY AM I STILL SUBSCRIBING BEATS ME!!!</p>
