<p>We received a renewal notice for the Sunday Times and The Times which we paid on June 14th via eft. We included the reference number which appeared on the renewal notice. To our amazement, our newspaper wasn't delivered this Sunday so we called. To date no newspaper. We have called everyday and even faxed the proof of payment to them. The only reply received by their *********** surly telephone operators is we only received your payment today or yesterday???? Seriously???? This is a listed company and surely they apply their payments as they're received. That's how every efficient company acts. There is absolutely no excuse for such lack of follow up and incompetency.</p>
