Think you get a free Times Supplement, think again

For the past 2 months, we have received FOUR copies of the Times Supplement. Since returning from a 3 month holiday I have phoned 4 times. Each time I have been promised that this matter would be reported to the Manager of the area. Ummm got 3 deliveries! This has cost me 4 phone calls to get broken promises. This morning I was told that the Supplement would be delivered TODAY. Now 13h40 and still no paper. So if you believe the story that you will get the free supplement - think again. It probably won't happen. What makes me angry is that people are probably being paid for a non-service.
