THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED

I have not received a copy of my June Homeowners, nor November and December. Homeowners department is so bad, when you call they always have to refer to a manager who can never speak to clients. I am so tired of calling and receiving no response. You only deliver good service for about months of the contract thereafter, the delivery is late or it never comes. It was easy to sign up and take my payment but the after-sales is terrible. I dont know why i always sign up knowing that i am going to fight for my magazines. The last consultant i spoke to was very useless i told her i want to cancel and get my money back, as always she was going to refer it this was about 3 months ago, thereafter miracle i got my August, October issue but to date nothing else. Please refund my money for June, November, December and the rest of the contract term. You are the worst service provider I have ever dealt with I would rather just buy at stores because though its expensive at least they on time.
