The Times of breached contracts and non-delivery

<p>I re-subscribed for the Sunday paper in November 2014, I realized in mid 2015 that actually the deductions have been going through since Nov 2014. I contacted Sunday Times to aks why they are debiting my account because they never delivered a single copy ever since that day. I folowed up for a refund until March 2016. A very rude lady who claimed to be working with refunds requested that I prove that i never got a single copy, all I said to her was that i have proof that they took my mony without delivering the paper and that if in deed they delivered, let them come to my house to show me where exactly they were placing the paper. Amazingly in April 2016 a certain Area Manager contacted me asking for directions and address to my house, my response was that since they said they have been delivering I expect them to know where exactly my address is. This fonecall was proof enough that Sunday Times failed to honor their contract with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date a month after discontinuing my subs, I have not recieved my money for the 14 Months that money was taken from my account without delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my money back and I will escalate to the highest office of Consumer Commision if I have to. Sunday times have rude, clueless ***** who cover each other on bad service delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
