The Times frequently not delivered

I have to send an email every few weeks to complain about non-delivery of The Times. Nothing is ever done about it. It seems to me to be an very uncomplicated arrangement:- I pay a subscription, and they deliver the paper EVERY day (Mon-Fri, Sun)
