Taking Money But Not Delivering

Sunday Times please stop sending your delivery guys to pursued us to subscribe to the Newspaper and jot down the wrong address yet debiting from my mothers account. My mum subscribed to Sunday times a month ago and she never received the newspaper yet the money was debited from her account. I then called their call center which i was on hold for 25 mins. explained the situation and we doubled checked the address and the wrong address was captured, changed the address and I was assured that everything is in order, guess what still got no newspaper.
