Taking Advantage of the old

<p>I write this complaint thoroughly frustrated, and totally unimpressed with the Times Media Group's service.</p> <p>I am almost tempted to say this is happening because it's an old black granny lodging the complaint, maybe had it been her fairer counterpart in an affluent area things would be different. You lack of regard for your clients is truly appalling.</p> <p> </p> <p>My grandmother has been paying a subscription fee for the Sunday world since June/July 2016, fastforward to April 2017 and she hasn't received a single issue of the paper. Last year we were promised by a Lindi Xulu that the matter will be investigated and the money for the papers she didn't receive, reimbursed and today we're still waiting for this to transpire.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is day light ******* and total disregard for a PENSIONERS money or time. It's disgusting how no one has come back to us to give us feedback, but I guess no one actually cares because you still got to pocket the money.</p>
