Sunday Times Subscription - lack thereof

Took out a subscription with the Sunday Times for a friend as a present. It is now going onto four Sunday's that the newspaper has not been delivered. They say they will review what is happening but nothing actually happens. The supervisor does not even bother to phone back. Shoddy service Tiso Black Star you should be ashamed of your lack of customer service. Pathetic.
