Sunday Times Subscription FAILURE

I was called up by a Tiso Black Star sales person proposing a special they are running for the Sunday Times subscription. I was promised that delivery of my paper will be on Sunday 09/06/2019. I did not receive the paper as promised and this morning when I called i being told the subscription has not being loaded on the system. I just got reminded why I cancelled my previous subscription in the first place. Poor Service!!
