Sunday Times subscription

I subscribed with Sunday times last June, the call centre agent sold promotional package of Sunday times and The times newspapers. I was promised Sunday Times newspaper to be delivered every sunday morning and The times monday - friday, starting from the month of August, and debit order will run on the 25th of July. As per our agreement the debit order went through but no single newspaper delivered as yet , I had to buy the newspaper from the nearby filing station.<br> I want the subscription cancelled and be refunded subscription monies, because I cannot continue to be donating to the times media without getting the paper. <br> I won't encourage anyone to consider subscribing with Times Media, looking at the trend from Hello Peter it is company's way of doing things, POOR SERVICE!!!!!!<br> No paper no subscription period,
