Sunday Times not honouring Black Friday offer

On Black Friday 23 November 2018 The Sunday Times advertised a special on subscriptions. I chose one year Sunday Times which they discounted to R260 for the year. I called their nr ********** 200 early Friday morning (approx 8.30) and exchanged personal details to call centre person making it clear it was Black Friday offer R260 for one year. Heard Nothing so called centre one week later and as I writer I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD from TISO BLACKSTAR. Makes me think you are reneging on your word :((
