Sunday Times not cancelling subscription after yea

I tried to cancel my subscription of the Sunday Times newspaper in 2008 when we moved out of my house. A year later we returned to find out the paper was still being delivered. Again i tried to cancel the subscription by phone. The opertor always told me that it was not necessary to send an email. Still I received the paper every Sunday and The Times during the week. I then started sending emails to the subscription department. Still, I received the paper and subscription fees were taken from me every month.
