Sunday Times - No delivery for 4 weeks in a row

I have not received delivery of the Sunday Times for 4 straight weeks. Each time I call in to complain, I am told that this will be escalated to the Area Manager, I have even been promised feedback and to date I have heard nothing.<br> <br> Surprisingly, I have no issues with the delivery of the daily Times.<br> <br> I will certainly be cancelling my subscription if this is not resolved.
