SUNDAY TIMES IS SELLING A LIE

I had a subscription since August 2015 and until today I have not received a delivery of the newspaper. On 28 September Florence advised that she will escalate the matter and it will be resolved. It is now November and I still don't get newspaper delivery. I DO NOT NEED THIS SERVICE AND I WANT THE REFUND OF ALL MONIES PAID INTO YOUR ACCOUNT.
