Sunday times is now ******ing me

Last year on the 23 November I subscribed with Sunday times. In the event they charged me double on that month but never delivered not even a single newspaper. I have since called them almost every day of last year starting from the day of the subscription and they always gave their apology and promised to fix the mistake but it never happened. I called them and asked for a refund and cancellation of my subscription that too did not happen only a constant series of meaningless apologies. Last night they Sunday times billed me yet again for newspaper that I have ever received while they still owe me my money from last year because they never delivered. <br> Is there any way that I can take this further, I'm beginning to feel that Sunday times not only are they *********** and ************* but they now *****ing from me.<br> <br> should i open a case of *****?
