Sunday Times holiday suspension dispute

In May I phoned the Sunday Times for a holiday suspension, I spoke to Florence. On my return in December I was told that the paper was delivered throughout my absence. I have phoned 5 times, and each time am fobbed off. I am told they will listen to the recording, and get back to me. This has been going on the 2 weeks! I have requested a refund for the papers delivered in my absence, and will cancel my subscription. What disgusting way to to treat a longstanding customer.
