Sunday Times can't deliver papers or they are wet

On many occasions they do not deliver or are very late. On other occasions like this morning the paper is delivered in the rain and is sopping wet. It is useless, it cannot be read at all.<br> Every time on has to call at our expense and time only to be told sorry we will correct it. <br> If they are unable to deliver then they should drop this option. <br> I would rather have my money back than go on with this lack of service.<br> I am going to try and establish how many other subscribers are in the same position so that we can get another paper to investigate and write an article about this.<br> Maybe that will get the Sunday Times to take action.
