Subscriptions

I am extremely angry with this company. You people are quick to call us & sell a dream. I had 3 previous subscriptions with you all of which I cancelled due to non delivery. On Sunday I was debited an amount of R103.00 but not a single paper has been delivered to my house. I do not want any explanations nor convincing from your but my subscription to be cancelled and my money refunded back as in yesterday. Your call centre hangs up phones on it's client. They did it twice this morning already. I regret having faith in this company once more. Please get back to me as in now!
